What we collect and why
Newsletter
If you join our newsletter we store your email address to send you news about Dream Map: releases, stories and shop updates. You confirm your subscription through a link we email you (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. The list is managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) on our behalf.
Contact form
When you send a message we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply. Messages are delivered to us by Web3Forms. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Shop
Our shop runs on Fourthwall, which processes payments and orders on our behalf. Your basket is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you check out; checkout, payment, shipping and returns happen on shop.dreammapmusic.com under Fourthwall’s privacy policy. When you order a CD, Fourthwall shares your name and shipping address with us so we can post it to you; we use them only for that shipment.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
Embedded players
The Avalon music video (YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode) and the Spotify album player load only when you choose to open them. From that moment the respective service may process data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the Hungarian NAIH.
