How your order is handled
Our shop at shop.dreammapmusic.com runs on Fourthwall, which processes payments and taxes and handles order support on our behalf.
- Apparel, mugs, stickers and other merchandise are produced and shipped by Fourthwall. Delivery questions, damaged or missing parcels, returns and refunds are handled through Fourthwall’s support and returns process.
- The Other Side on CD is packed and posted by the band ourselves once your order reaches us. For questions about a CD shipment, write to us at [email protected].

If you live in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Start a return through Fourthwall’s returns process, or contact us for CD orders.
